Care based on patient need

 Skilled nursing focused on quality comfort care, including medication management, wound care, pain and symptom management, education, and guidance. 

 The physician oversees care and provides treatment orders to help manage pain and symptoms. 

 CHHA support may include personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. 

 Physical Therapy helps patients maintain strength, mobility, and independence for as long as possible. Therapists work to improve comfort, reduce pain, and support safe movement during daily activities. 

 Speech Therapy helps patients with communication, speaking, swallowing, and cognitive challenges. Therapists work to improve comfort, safety, and quality of life by helping patients maintain as much independence as possible.  

 Volunteers may assist with companionship, respite support, and administrative tasks. 

 Social workers provide support counseling and guidance with psychosocial needs. 

 A 13-month bereavement program is available to assist families through grief after the loss of a loved one. .

 Chaplain services help patients meet spiritual needs and provide support for the family.
